"Swinging an iron ball over your head is dangerous..." :) "Remember that quick feet, are happy feet." "If you don't have good judgment, why don't you stay on the machines, you big sissy..." I have this book and DVD, it really helps you learn good strict technique for kettlebells to avoid injury. Don't rush, be stable and balanced, etc. The Dragondoor kettlebells are nice also, the price has really gone up but they are high quality. I like how Pavel blends strength, mobility, flexibility into his training. As a former Spetnaz trainer and military guy, he embodies functional fitness that lasts you many years, even a regular habit for your whole life. He also has many catchy sayings, and I really dig his accent and demeanour. Also he will often say, "stay tight" and you can just feel that help your workouts. If you are not tight, and start doing kettlebell presses, your head, shoulder, back, etc. are gonna hurt. Also that turkish getup, you have to stay tight to avoid getting your head crushed by that bell. Classic training DVD, good stuff. PS: if you are new to kettlebell training, I recommend being barefoot. You have great traction, and it builds foot strength, proprioception, balance, etc, and you need a firm foundation. If you wear shoes, be sure they have firm and thin soles, not squishy running shoes. Such as shoes you'd wear for doing barbell squats, or wrestling shoes, etc.
Breathe behind the shield. That will stick with me. 🙏
Greatest ending to an exercise video ever.
now I $#!+ caviar
My intrusive thoughts can only imagine me absolutely destroying one of my knees in the downswing.
He doesn’t choke when demonstrate the exercises. It is best certificate of his good physical form.
This comrade is a great teacher, but listening to this make me feel that Chuck Norris or John Rambo is going to bust through the wall like the koolaid man. Thank you Comrade, carry on.
"Coz your tight and ill fix it" Sounds like a pick up line
I find you too arrogant.
I never realized how Lebron made his teammates less effective. That’s crazy I used to think he was just overrated. The more I learn about basketball the worse he looks. OOF😂
i'm in love
Really loved to watch it being manufactured. Great homage to the workers.Thank you.
"Its hot. Its manly" 😂
Did all the exercise for 12 weeks and now I'm invading Ukraine. Great video!
15:00 where you left off
Władysław Franciszek Krajewski (ur. 29 lipca 1841 w Warszawie, zm. 1 marca 1901 w Petersburgu) - polski lekarz sportowy[1]. Władysław Krajewski Ilustracja Data i miejsce urodzenia 29 lipca 1841 Warszawa Data i miejsce śmierci 1 marca 1901 Petersburg Zawód, zajęcie lekarz sportowy Narodowość polska, rosyjska Multimedia w Wikimedia Commons Gabinet Władysława Krajewskiego w Petersburgu Życiorys edytuj Krajewski pochodził z rodziny szlacheckiej i był absolwentem wydziału lekarskiego Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego.

What a shame Pavel abandoned making these presentations... he is funny and well intended, but I guess that didn't sit well with the current woke culture: very sad!
